Silicone rectangular mold 22 × 15 × 7 cm

This mold is designed for large rectangular epoxy resin blocks, for example to preserve flowers and bouquets. We make it from platinum-cure silicone in our signature mint color (the default color). The inner surface is glossy, so the casting comes out smooth.

Product (cavity) size: 22 × 15 × 7 cm. The 7 cm height is measured from the bottom to the top of the cavity. Wall thickness: about 12 mm.

Support frame included

For molds of this size we use a design with a wall of about 12 mm and a reusable 3D-printed support frame. The frame keeps the mold's geometry during a full pour and prevents the walls from bulging under the weight of the resin. The frame is included in the price.

How much resin you need

The geometric cavity volume based on the nominal dimensions is approximately 2,310 ml (22 × 15 × 7 cm). This is a calculation from the dimensions, not the actual resin consumption: inclusions displace part of the volume, and to convert milliliters to grams you need the density of your resin. Allow a working reserve and follow the resin manufacturer's instructions.
